Perspective authors can submit the abstract or extended summary or full manuscript before the deadline.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results. Articles submitted to the conference must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference.

After the abstract or extended summary or full manuscript is passed the review and revised as the reviewer comments, at least one author of each paper must register and give presentation at the conference. All accepted articles will be published in the conference proceedings. Only the acceptance of the full manuscripts will be submitted for inclusion into the high standard digital database (under process).

According to a typical plagiarism policy, if an accepted full manuscript is proven to have a text similarity more than 25% to any published works, such a paper will not be included into both the conference proceedings and the IEEEXplore.

Please strictly follow the instruction and template when submitting the manuscript. More detail can be found in the submission page.
